How long does it take to receive the analysis results?
Our system performs parallel analysis of samples, and regardless of the number of uploads, each sample takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
What types of analysis are included?
Our system supports both shotgun metagenomics and 16S rRNA sequencing.
What data formats can I upload?
Our system requires two FASTQ files per sample. These files, produced by NGS laboratories, contain the genetic information of the gut microbiome.
How can I review the results?
After the analysis is complete, the kit status will change to “awaiting report review.” You can monitor the kit status through your panel. Once the internal review is finalized, the results will be released, and you can access and download the report from your panel.
