Our system supports both Shotgun metagenomics and 16S rRNA sequencing.
Our system requires FASTQ files. For each sample, two FASTQ files are needed. These files contain the genetic information of the gut microbiome and are produced by NGS laboratories.
The raw data should be uploaded to our S3 bucket. For each sample, create a folder and store two FASTQ files inside it. Then, upload the folder(s) to the bucket using the AWS CLI.
Our system performs parallel analysis of samples, and regardless of the number of uploads, each sample takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
After the analysis is complete, the kit status will change to ‘awaiting report review.’ You can monitor the kit status through your panel. Once the internal review is finished, the results will be released. You can access and download the report from your panel.
Once the data is successfully uploaded to our system, the kit’s status will change to ‘Lab Data Received.’ You can monitor the kit’s status through your panel.
If the number of samples uploaded exceeds the purchased analysis credits, the system will not start the analysis for the remaining samples. You will need to purchase additional credits to begin the analysis for these samples.
Yes, you will receive a notification email when your analysis credit falls below the specified threshold.
You will need the AWS CLI and credentials to allow for uploading. The credentials will be sent to you via email.
