P\u0159\u00edznaky tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt velmi vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e neust\u00e1l\u00e9 sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed a nepohodl\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee vedou k poruch\u00e1m sp\u00e1nku a dokonce k \u00fazkosti a depresi (<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atopick\u00e1 dermatitida je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 obvykle za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v d\u011btstv\u00ed a postihuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2 % dosp\u011bl\u00fdch a 4 % d\u011bt\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159esn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina nen\u00ed zn\u00e1ma, ale v\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee v jej\u00ed etiologii hraj\u00ed roli jak genetick\u00e9, tak environment\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee tito jedinci mohou m\u00edt genetickou predispozici k rozvoji atopick\u00e9 dermatitidy, ale n\u00e1stup nebo progresi nemoci mohou spou\u0161t\u011bt environment\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory, v\u010detn\u011b zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu, alergen\u016f, infekc\u00ed, klimatu a stresu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Existuje spojen\u00ed mezi atopickou dermatitidou a zdrav\u00edm st\u0159ev?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mikroby, kter\u00e9 \u017eij\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei a ve st\u0159evech, se neust\u00e1le ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed takzvanou osu st\u0159evo-k\u016f\u017ee. Naopak prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bakterie, jako jsou <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bifidobacteria, Bacteroidetes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bacteroides <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maj\u00ed u t\u011bchto pacient\u016f tendenci b\u00fdt sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9. (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podobn\u011b p\u0159ehledov\u00e1 studie z roku 2021 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee jedinci s atopickou dermatitidou maj\u00ed naru\u0161en\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi hladinami <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Clostridium<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a u kojenc\u016f <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escherichia <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdmi hladinami <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akkermansia, Bacteroidetes, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bifidobacterium<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U kojenc\u016f s atopickou dermatitidou bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faecalibacterium, Oscillospira, Bacteroides, Parabacteroides <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sutterella <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bakteri\u00ed produkuj\u00edc\u00edch mastn\u00e9 kyseliny s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem (SCFA), v\u010detn\u011b <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bifidobacterium<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blautia <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eubacterium. (<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studie, kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159ila na 132 subjekt\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 90 pacient\u016f s atopickou dermatitidou, zjistila, \u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 podskupiny <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faecalibacterium prausnitzii <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je siln\u011b spojeno s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vzorky stolice pacient\u016f. Toto sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno posunem v typech <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F. prausnitzii <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch ve st\u0159ev\u011b, s men\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm kmen\u016f produkuj\u00edc\u00edch butyr\u00e1t. Nav\u00edc st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom pacient\u016f s atopickou dermatitidou vykazoval obohacen\u00ed gen\u016f, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed bakteri\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edvat \u017eiviny uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 z po\u0161kozen\u00e9 st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznice.
