egy kr\u00f3nikus \u00e9s el\u0151re nem l\u00e1that\u00f3 neurol\u00f3giai \u00e1llapot, amely a k\u00f6zponti idegrendszert \u00e9rinti. Ez akkor fordul el\u0151, amikor az immunrendszer t\u00e9ved\u00e9sb\u0151l megt\u00e1madja az idegrostokat k\u00f6r\u00fclvev\u0151 v\u00e9d\u0151burkolatot, az \u00fagynevezett mielinh\u00fcvelyt. Ez mag\u00e1ban foglalja a b\u00e9lmikrobi\u00e1lis k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gek \u00f6sszet\u00e9tel\u00e9nek v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sait, valamint az ezen mikrob\u00e1k \u00e1ltal termelt metabolitok t\u00edpusainak v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sait. N\u00e9zz\u00fck meg k\u00f6zelebbr\u0151l, mit mond a tudom\u00e1ny:<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dysbiosis_SM-ben\"><\/span>Dysbiosis SM-ben<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sz\u00e1mos tanulm\u00e1ny \u00e9s \u00e1ttekint\u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezetes meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sa ezen a ter\u00fcleten a b\u00e9l diszbi\u00f3zis jelenl\u00e9te SM-ben szenved\u0151 egy\u00e9nekben. Ezt t\u00fckr\u00f6zve egy 2023-ban k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett szisztematikus irodalmi \u00e1ttekint\u00e9s kiemelte azokat a kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa bakt\u00e9riumfajokat, amelyek val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg szerepet j\u00e1tszanak az SM patogenezis\u00e9ben, ide\u00e9rtve a <em>Pseudomonas, Mycoplasma, Haemophilus, Blautia, Dorea, Faecalibacterium, Methanobrevibacter, Akkermansia<\/em>Desulfovie (1brion) \u00e9s .<\/p>\n<p>Kutat\u00e1si vizsg\u00e1latok specifikus mikrobi\u00e1lis eltol\u00f3d\u00e1sokat mutattak ki SM-betegekn\u00e9l. P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a Nemzetk\u00f6zi Sclerosis Multiplex Microbiome Study (iMSMS) sor\u00e1n, amely 576 SM-beteg b\u00e9lmikrobi\u00f3m\u00e1j\u00e1t hasonl\u00edtotta \u00f6ssze genetikailag nem rokon eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges h\u00e1ztart\u00e1si kontrollokkal, a kutat\u00f3k szignifik\u00e1nsan megn\u00f6vekedett<em> Akkermansia muciniphila, Ruthenibacterium lactatiformans, Hungatella hathewayi<\/em>sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kken\u00e9st \u00e9s <emellas>ayEisenberg sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t azonos\u00edtott\u00e1k. a <em>Faecalibacterium prausnitzii<\/em> \u00e9s a <em>Blautia <\/em> fajok SM-es betegekben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kimutat\u00e1sa (2).<\/p>\n<p>Hasonl\u00f3k\u00e9ppen, a ki\u00fajul\u00f3\/remisszi\u00f3s SM-ben \u00e9s a progressz\u00edv SM-ben szenved\u0151 betegekn\u00e9l emelkedett a<em> Clostridium bolteae, Ruthenibacterium lactatiformans<\/em> \u00e9s <em>Akkermansia<\/em>, valamint cs\u00f6kkent a <em>Blautia wexlerae, DoreaCC formicipelsigenerans, <em>MMaErypelsigenerans, (3).<\/em>\u00a0Ezen t\u00falmen\u0151en a progressz\u00edv SM-ben szenved\u0151 betegekn\u00e9l megn\u0151tt az <em>Enterobacteriaceae <\/em> \u00e9s a <em>Clostridium g24 FCEY<\/em>, valamint cs\u00f6kkent a <em>Blautia <\/em> \u00e9s az <em>Agathobaculum.<\/em> \u00c9rdekes m\u00f3don a <em>Clostridium egyes t\u00edpusai megn\u00f6vekedtek \u00e9s <\/em> rosszabbodtak Az <em>Akkermansi\u00e1t <\/em> a kisebb fogyat\u00e9koss\u00e1ghoz hozt\u00e1k \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sbe, ami arra utal, hogy val\u00f3ban hasznos lehet SM eset\u00e9n (2).<\/p>\n<p>A mikrobi\u00e1lis eltol\u00f3d\u00e1sokat r\u00e9szletez\u0151 tov\u00e1bbi bizony\u00edt\u00e9kok egy nemr\u00e9g, 2025 m\u00e1rcius\u00e1ban k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett tanulm\u00e1nyb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmaznak, amely kimutatta, hogy a kezeletlen, \u00fajonnan diagnosztiz\u00e1lt sclerosis multiplexben szenved\u0151 betegekn\u00e9l az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges kontrollokhoz k\u00e9pest jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkent az immunglobulin A-val (IgA) bevont b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9riumok sz\u00e1ma. Az SM-betegek specifikus b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9rium-popul\u00e1ci\u00f3iban is jelent\u0151s v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok voltak. P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a <em>Faecalibacterium prausnitzii<\/em> relat\u00edv abundanci\u00e1ja cs\u00f6kkent, ami \u00f6sszhangban volt a kor\u00e1bbi kutat\u00e1sokkal. Ezzel szemben a <em>Monoglobus pectinyliticus<\/em> megn\u00f6vekedett relat\u00edv abundanci\u00e1t \u00e9s prevalenci\u00e1t mutatott.<a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_mikrobialis_metabolitok_szerepe\"><\/span>A mikrobi\u00e1lis metabolitok szerepe<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9riumok \u00f6sszet\u00e9tel\u00e9ben az SM-ben megfigyelhet\u0151 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok az\u00e9rt fontosak, mert ezek a mikrob\u00e1k akt\u00edvan termelnek metabolitok sz\u00e9les sk\u00e1l\u00e1j\u00e1t, mik\u00f6zben megem\u00e9sztik az \u00e9telt \u00e9s ell\u00e1tj\u00e1k funkci\u00f3ikat. Ezek a metabolitok jelekk\u00e9nt m\u0171k\u00f6dnek, amelyek felsz\u00edv\u00f3dhatnak a v\u00e9r\u00e1ramba, bejutnak a szervezetbe, \u00e9s befoly\u00e1solj\u00e1k a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 folyamatokat, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen az immun- \u00e9s gyullad\u00e1sos v\u00e1laszokat.<\/p>\n<p>A b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9riumok \u00e1ltal termelt hasznos metabolitok kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa csoportja a r\u00f6vid sz\u00e9nl\u00e1nc\u00fa zs\u00edrsavak (SCFA-k), p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a butir\u00e1t, a propion\u00e1t \u00e9s az acet\u00e1t. Az SCFA-k l\u00e9tfontoss\u00e1g\u00faak az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges b\u00e9lny\u00e1lkah\u00e1rtya fenntart\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, gyullad\u00e1sg\u00e1tl\u00f3 tulajdons\u00e1gokkal rendelkeznek, \u00e9s seg\u00edtik az immunrendszer szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t. Nevezetesen, a tanulm\u00e1nyok gyakran besz\u00e1molnak az SCFA-k \u00e9s az azokat termel\u0151 bakt\u00e9riumok alacsonyabb szintj\u00e9r\u0151l SM-ben szenved\u0151 egy\u00e9nekben az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges kontrollokhoz k\u00e9pest (5,6,7).
