emelkedik (1) A demencia vezet\u0151 okak\u00e9nt az Alzheimer-k\u00f3r az esetek 60-70%-\u00e1t teszi ki (2) A demencia m\u00e1s t\u00edpusaihoz hasonl\u00f3an ezt a puszt\u00edt\u00f3 ellen\u00e9re jelenleg nincs gy\u00f3gym\u00f3d, \u00e9s az orvosi kezel\u00e9sek csak korl\u00e1tozott m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben tudnak enyh\u00edteni. De mi van akkor, ha az Alzheimer-k\u00f3r lass\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak vagy ak\u00e1r megel\u0151z\u00e9s\u00e9nek kulcsa nem csak az agyban van, hanem a b\u00e9lben? Hagyom\u00e1nyosan a kutat\u00e1s a genetikai t\u00e9nyez\u0151knek agyi patol\u00f3gi\u00e1nkra gyakorolt \u200b\u200bhat\u00e1saira \u00f6sszpontos\u00edtott, de a kutat\u00f3k figyelm\u00fcket most m\u00e1sra, az em\u00e9szt\u0151rendszer\u00fcnkben \u00e9l\u0151 mikrob\u00e1kra helyezik.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hogyan_hat_a_belmikrobiom_a_kognitiv_egeszsegre\"><\/span><strong>Hogyan hat a b\u00e9lmikrobi\u00f3m a kognit\u00edv eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gre?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A b\u00e9lmikrobi\u00f3munk m\u00e9lyrehat\u00f3 hat\u00e1ssal van eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcnk sz\u00e1mos aspektus\u00e1ra, bele\u00e9rtve az agym\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00fcnket is. A b\u00e9lrendszer\u00fcnkben l\u00e9v\u0151 mikrob\u00e1k a b\u00e9l-agy tengelynek nevezett komplex rendszeren kereszt\u00fcl kommunik\u00e1lnak az agyunkkal. A b\u00e9lben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 test\u00fcnk immunsejtjeinek 70-80%-a (3)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9s a b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9riumaink egyens\u00falyhi\u00e1nya kr\u00f3nikus gyullad\u00e1shoz vezethet.
