FAQs
What is a practitioner reference code?
A practitioner reference code is a unique code that is given to a patient by their practitioner. This code represents the practitioner and enables them to access the patient’s Enbiosis reports. It is important for the practitioner to verify and explain these reports to the patient for better understanding of their health status. If you do not have a practitioner code, please contact with your practitioner.
What is a reference code?
When practitioners register, they are asked to provide a unique reference code which identifies them to patients. Patients can use this code during their own registration process to associate a practitioner to their profile.
