Enbiosis Account Deletion Request

This page explains how Enbiosis app users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to madnan@enbiosis.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include the email address or phone number registered to your Enbiosis account.

Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 7 to 14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What data is deleted vs. retained

Account profile (name, email, phone number): deleted.

App usage / activity data: deleted.

Health / microbiome report data: deleted.

Order & billing records: retained for up to 12 months for legal, tax, and accounting compliance, then deleted.

If you would only like specific data deleted, without deleting your entire account, mention that in your email and we will accommodate the request where possible.
